For UNFCCC staff

1. The Standard! of the Lotus Notes and Track-it workflow has to be made. We don’t want to see Paulo and Liberty arguing to each other about those things. Because everyone whom work based on the workflow, has to follow only one protocol, not two or three because it will make the works more complicated. after the manual standard has been made, everyone who work with it, should follow the protocol, or else read number 2.
2. Penalty! If someone made a mistake , such as, didn’t obey the protocol of their works, send e-mail to the wrong person, etc. Penalty should be given to them. from my experience, if someone made a mistake, they just say : sorry, I’ve made a mistake, and the Boss said : okay, but don’t ever do that again. Tomorrow, they going to make the same mistake, over and over. And a penalty going to deal with that, it make people work with more precautions, because people are commonly afraid with a penalty, so it can minimalize their mistake in works, they going to work with more precautions. But the penalty must be logical, so the person that had been given a penalty can accept it and they can realize that it is their own mistake. For the person that had been given a penalty and for those who works seriously, read number 3.
3. Smile! And enjoy your works.

When I arrives at Jasmine room for the first time, and sit in front of a lady named Liberty, I’ve got a cold feet, my palm are sweating, I’m very nervous. This is my first time working with foreigner, it’s not just one, but more of them, someone called Ralf, Paulo, Ola the giant, John, Ibrahim, and someone looks like an important person whose sit in the corner, Kevin and Axel. and they’re not just a common foreigner, they are from United Nations! But after I spent day by day with them, I realize that they are very nice people, what I like the most is that they are professionals, and I know they love their job.

That is the best part, the worst part is some staff (not in our staff) seems like look down and underestimate us, but I can’t blame them because maybe they didn’t know us well, and we are the local and it make them as our guest and we have to serve guest, that’s why we’re here. And the most important things that I learnt from the staff is, I really love my job.

I’m Going to UNFCCC in Nusa Dua Bali

Setelah mengirimkan CV ke sebuah perusahaan, saya akhirnya diterima untuk bekerja pada sebuah perusahaan yang melayani acara UNFCCC

dan pada saat tiba di Bali, kami langsung di berangkatkan menuju site…yaitu di Westin Hotel di Nusa Dua, saya terperangah melihat keindahan hotel ini

did i work fulltime? no!!! i worked for OVERTIME!!! 14 hours!!!!

Banyak Sekali Yang Menawarkan Pekerjaan, Sementara Saya…..

Kemarin waktu halah bihalal keluarga besar, banyak sepupu2 yang juga seumuran saya sudah lulus (sementara saya belum lulus…) namun belum mendapatkan pekerjaan.

Akhirnya, diadakan rapat (baca : obrolan) dari keluarga yang lain yang sudah mapan, kalau ada informasi kerja, mohon disampaikan kepada sepupu2 saya (termasuk saya).

akhirnya beberapa hari lalu saya mendapatkan telepon dari salah satu om saya.

” Vi, Samsung mau buka pabrik di pasuruan, kamu mau jadi salah satu staffnya ga, kebetulan aku kenal baik sama yg desain pabriknya, dijamin langsung masuk, tapi trainee dulu”

masalahnya, saya belum lulus, skripsi saya belum selesai….

besoknya, tante saya yang di Batam telepon. Dia adalah pemilik Perusahaan tenaga kerja.

“Vi, kamu kesini aja, coba hidup sebulan disini, kalo kamu cocok ma kotanya, mau transit kemana beres, kebetulan di Batam aku banyak kenalan bos2, tapi kerja ma hidupnya keras disini”

masalahnya, saya belum lulus, skripsi saya belum selesai….

ada lagi telepon dari saudara saya di Singapura

“Vi, kamu kesini aja, asal bahasa inggrismu bagus, kamu gampang koq masuk perusahaan tempat aku kerja (salah satu perusahaan distributor hardware komputer)”

masalahnya, saya belum lulus, skripsi saya belum selesai….

Beberapa teman saya juga menawarkan untuk melamar ke beberapa perusahaan, yang pekerjaan saya nantinya adalah memasarkan produk2 perusahaan tersebut, alias sales, untungnya juga lumayan, daripada saya menganggur dan tidak menyelesaikan skripsi saya.
Paling tidak saya nantinya bisa punya kartu nama

N-Gage QD > 7610 di beli si jefri, duitnya ta beliin hp ini

O2 XDA > Hp adiknya adit yang kubeli, sekali lagi dengan harga amat murah…

Nokia 3230 > O2 nya kujual dengan harga lumayan, duitnya ta beliin ini

SE T100 > 3230 nya rusak, sementara di servis, aku beli ini….

Nokia 6233 > 3230 nya kujual, aku beli ini, hape yang paling memuaskan buat aku…

Nokia 3155 > 6233 nya kujual, meskipun memuaskan, aku lebih penasaran ke cdma

Moto E398 > Ternyata CDMA ga memuaskan buat aku, balik ke GSM

Ternyata dari 2002-2007, aku udah 10 Kali ganti HP…
sekarang ga bakalan ganti lagi dah, soalnya….udah gedhe…(hooeeek)
kayaknya udah ga umurnya lagi buat ngikutin tren gonta-ganti hp nurutin mode…

Kayaknya cukup E398 ini… menunya, musiknya, gampang buat di modding lagi..

Next Battle adalah Kakashi vs Sanji, dua orang ini emang sama2 cool pembawaanya..
Kakashi yang Jonin Elitenya Konoha, ma Sanji yang jadi kru nya si Luffy…

Kakashi dengan “Raikiri”nya, dan Sanji dengan “Diable Jambe”nya

kalo di Clash kan mana yg menang ya, mungkin seimbang..
soal power dan speed mungkin Sanji menang, karena tendangan Sanji emang ga ada yang bisa ngalahin… apalagi pas dia pake “Diable Jambe”
tapi ingat, kakashi punya Sharingan, dia bisa lihat dengan jelas semua gerakan Sanji…
kayaknya yang menang Kakashi, tapi jangan kuatir, Kakashi ga bakalan bisa masak seenak Sanji…hihi

Lagian kalo dua orang ini di clash kan, kayaknya ga bakalan bisa berantem deh….
mungkin kejadiannya bakal seperti gambar di bawah ini…hehehe…
